Still Life: 4th Grade
EXAGGERATE - DISTORT - SIMPLIFY
This lesson was taught to 4th graders during student teaching at Fairview Elementary school in Columbia, MO. Below you will find my lesson plans (coming soon), presentation slide deck and the resulting student work. The idea for this lesson was inspired by Mrs. Robb, my cooperating teacher at Fairview Elementary, then adding a twist of my own.
Is that a still life? is the opening hook (game) to help students review what a still life is or is not. This is the second day of art class where students learned about still life's.
Please note that the student work is in-progress (not complete)
